    1. Install newest driver. It should have a game profile.

    2. Also you can try alt + tab if you see AO/Shadows halos.
      This should reset render device and recreate surfaces correctly.

    3. eqzitara, isn't the latest driver the 320.18 and it's a WHQL driver and not a beta driver, or is there a newer one that I'm not aware of? Anyway thanks again for the fix Helix,and as always, much appreciated!

    4. Oh and do we need to remove the shaderoverride folder which came with the previous "fix" or should we keep it intact?

  12. Hi, I was wondering if you could look into the Alien Breed Trilogy? (Uses Unreal Engine 3) The main issue with these games are the shadows, if you could fix this issue these games will be Awesome in 3D. I would very much appreciate it if you could make a fix for these games (one fix should work with all 3 games I believe they share the same code since they were released so close together) Thank you in advance and all the best.

  13. Thanks for the fix. Loved the 3D in this. One of those games that I think you really miss out if you only play it in 2D.

    1. I got to agree, like I'll play 3D>2D any day of the week. Like sure its cool to play some games in 3D.
      Remember me is just ment for 3D. Futuristic/vibrant style | Hud | etc.

    1. Do you mean its 2D? Or you get double images/ghosting.

      Take a picture alt-F1
      It goes into \Documents\NVStereoscopic3D.IMG

      Upload it where ever and link as reply

  16. I’m trying to get the SweetFX shaders to load but have been unable. I’ve done this with others like Divinity2 and Boarderlands2. SMAA and the ability to boost gamma on a curve so it doesn’t wash out everything helps with the darkening of shutter glasses.

    Added the following to DX9Settings.ini right after the [General] line:
    ProxyLib = C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Remember Me\Binaries\Win32\d3d9_sfx.dll

    I’ve put a copy of the renamed SweetFX DLL in the directory above.
    Helix mod loads but not SweetFX. SweetFX should create a log file when it runs. SweetFX will run on its own. If I try to load Helix mod from SweetFX’s version of ProxyLib ( it will crash. Helix mod likes to go first =].

    I think maybe it is the space in the path (damn Windows pathing quirks). I’ve tried single and double-quotes but that did not help:
    ProxyLib=“C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Remember Me\Binaries\Win32\d3d9_sfx.dll”
    ProxyLib=’C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Remember Me\Binaries\Win32\d3d9_sfx.dll’

    It is a Steam game so the install path is not configurable.

    Any ideas?

      Certain games. Namely UE3. You need to make copy of your dx9settings.ini and put it 1/2 levels up.
      like \win32\
      \binaries\
      \remember me\

    2. INSTALLATION & KNOWN ISSUES to the rescue… again. RTFM! LOL
      Copy DX9Settings.ini not the SweetFX DLL. DUH me!
      “IMPORTANT NOTE; IN CERTAIN GAME ENGINES LIKE UNREAL ENGINE 3 YOU NEED TO MAKE A COPY OF YOUR DX9SETTINGS.INI AND PASTE IT 1/2 LEVELS UP... SO DO IT IN ALL.”
      This game needs it copied two directories up. So for me in:
      C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Remember Me

  19. Just finished this... perfect 3D, beautiful game. Thank you for sharing your hard work!

  20. Thank you very much - it was already stunning in 3D and you've perfected it! I especially loved the depth presets, one of which gives real 3D depth to the game! Thank you!

    1. You know you can change depth and convergence of a game yourself right?

      Go into nvidia control panel->set up stereoscopic 3d-> advanced keyboard shortcuts [click advanced]

      Assign new keys to depth and convergence.

      Depth will make the 3D seem bigger and convergence will make the 3d effect "pop"

  21. Is any SBS or TAB support for this game??

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No, this is a DX9 game, and HelixMod does not have any support for SBS. I'm building a tool that will do this, but it's going to be awhile.

    2. thanks for your hard work. 3D games are amazing. I do not understand why so many people do not use this technology, and so few games with native support S3D

    3. 3dmigito only DX11 game SBS or TAB support ??

      Delete
    4. Right, 3Dmigoto has the DarkStarSword SBS/TAB custom shader. We don't have any way to do that with HelixMod.

  22. Hi, is there any way to have subtitles in screen depth. The DX9Settings is really short, I didn't found anything in there.

    Now the subtitle are way too deep, behind other characters and objects. A little hard to read.

    Anyway, great thanks for this mod (and all other mods).
