DeadCore

Fixed:
- halos, bloom, crosshair

Installation:
- Download this ZIP file and extract the contents into directory that contains the game's EXE file.
- Use Nvidia Inspector to assign "DeadCore.exe" to the profile "3D-Hub Player". (For instructions on how to assign profiles, see this guide)
- Run the game and in the Option Menu, change your game resolution so that it matches your desktop resolution (If you want to set the game resolution to 1600x900, you must also change your desktop resolution to 1600x900, for example).

Additional Notes:
- Press the 'Q' key to toggle bloom & light shafts.  (ON by default)
- Keep the FOV setting in the menu at 82.5 (default).

    1. Currently impossible to fix. Bad design by devs. https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/541666/3d-vision/the-evil-within-by-tango-gameworks-shinji-mikami-bethesda-2014-/

  3. Can people stop coming into these pages and asking for other game fixes, while ignoring the work the modder has done on the game fix on this page? If you want to ask about other games go to the nVidia forum: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/541666/3d-vision. If you did that you would see that most of the games asked about have already been discussed extensively. There you will also find information on how you can learn how to do this stuff yourself as well (as 4everAwake has done).

  5. Thanks!! I would not have bought this game if it didn't work in 3D. Very fun so far!

If anyone happens to know of a way to disable the gun (not crosshairs, the actual model of the gun) that would be awesome, it would allow cranking up the convergence much more for even better effect.

    1. This would be a showcase game without the gun on high convergence! Great work!

  7. Hello, I just bought the game with steam sales because I saw that it was comptabile in 3d with helix mod. But I fail to activate the 3d. When I run the game, I stay in 2d mode and no way to move to 3D mode. The files were placed and all my other games work in 3D. The fullscreen mode does not change. Shame.

    1. Well, first step is to always run the game without the fix installed first. Make sure that 3D engages without the fix. If that doesn't work, then obviously there is nothing we can do. This fix works for other people, so something is wrong with your setup.

Start there. Remove the fix to start with, and get it working in 3D. It will look wrong of course, but first things first.

    2. I just tried it out and it appears that the game is now using borderless fullscreen. To engage the 3D, use Nvidia Inspector to assign "DeadCore.exe" to the "3D-Hub player profile". Let me know if you are having further issues regarding this.
