  1. Game is crashing early with the fix enabled, especially immediately when hitting buttons on the keyboard.
    Any solutions or same experiences?

    1. Hi. It's currently working for me using Windows 7. But there's a couple of thing you can try:

      - In the game directory, open "d3dx.ini" using Notepad.
      - Search for the line: full_screen=1
      - Change "1" to "2" and save the file.

If, after trying the above steps, the game is still crashing:

      - Open "d3dx.ini" using Notepad and change "full_screen=2" to "full_screen=0" and save.
      - In your Steam library, right click on "Seasons after Fall" and select "Properties"
      - Click "Set Launch Options"
      - In the box, type: -window-mode exclusive
      - Click Ok

Let me know if any of these work for you.

  2. Hello! Thanks for your reply!
Unfortunately, none of the two solutions are working, still crashing.

I turned my PC from Win 7 to Win 10 a few weeks ago, latest graphics driver,
and I am not experiencing any problems with other 3D Vision games.

    1. Sorry, I changed the wrung fullscreen line :-D''

First solution is working, I will also try the second one,
because when I quit the game, the screen turns black with 3DVision still on and I am not able to get back to the desktop, also not with Ctrl-Alt-Del and not with the Win-Button, so I have to restart.

      But thank you so much!
