Subnautica Below Zero and Subnautica

 3D Vision fix Subnautica Below Zero and Subnautica. Adaptation of DarkStarSword fix.  05-17-2022 update.

 - Halos, shadows,  lights (DHR universal fix)

 Installation
 
  1. Extract the contents of the zip file to the game directory.

  2. Right click on the game in Steam and go to "Properties" -> "Set Launch Options" and enter "-window-mode exclusive" (without the quotes) and click "Ok"

  3. Disable motion blur in the game settings.

  4. Set Anti-Aliasing=FXAA

  5. FOV must be set to max. (only Subnautica Subzero)  Any Fov works!!!

  6. Choose Skybox low quality (disable clouds, rare effect when fixed)  (only Subnautica Subzero)

  7. Choose Disable Ambient Oclussion (not fixed yet) (only Subnautica Subzero)

Keys

X: Toggle crosshair visibility

Caps Lock: Toggle low convergence preset to keep the hands behind the mask and make the Seaglide's terrain hologram easier to see.

  1. Thanks it works great for Subnautica ! We are close to the great fix released by darksword in 2018 and broken in 2019 with Unity update

  2. It is almost perfect on Subnautica below zero too but clouds are complely buggy in 3d they appear as a trail on the screen

    1. New update, distance fog and sun shafts are fixed too, select skybox low quality to disabel clouds.

      + i need to use alt+enter to disable full screen and then press it again to have 3D.
      Now i just wait the official release :)

  8. Hi I'm finally getting ready to jump into Below Zero, and I'm an experienced 3D Vision user since 2011 and infrequent poster on MTBS3D. Unfortunately I can't seem to get 3D to enable with Below Zero at all. I'm wondering if they updated the Unity engine once again? I dunno... I'm just looking for some help... the usual troubleshooting steps don't seem to be working.
