3D Vision fix for Runner3. This uses the Unity template made by DarkStarSword as the base. Tested with the GOG version.
Fixed (compared to just using the template)
- A lot of haloing problems.
Installation
- Download this file and extract its contents in the "Runner3" folder, where "Runner3.exe" is.
- Run the game with this shortcut or launch parameter (no quotes): "-window-mode exclusive"
- Let it overwrite the Nvidia profile when asked.
Hotkeys (numbers aren't from the numpad)
- F1 or XB_RIGHT_THUMB: three convergence presets. By default 6, the middle one.
- F2: HUD depth presets. Screen depth by default.
- F3: HUD toggle. Not disabled by default.
Recommendations
If you use a Dualshock4 controller with DS4Windows and play the GOG version, I recommend adding the game to Steam as a shortcut and playing in Big Picture mode, enabling some controller settings on Steam.
Note: retro levels are 2D. I experimented with them and I can manually stereoize them, but there are some issues that would require more time than I can expend right now on this game.
