Viking:Battle for Asgard

RATING: Excellent
REMOVED: 2D sky box

GAME IS CAPPED AT 30 FPS! This is a bit of a deal breaker for many but is only $15.00 and looks amazing in 3d and graphics are pretty good. Its so unfortunate because everything in game renders perfectly in 3d. Shadows/hud/etc. Only issue was skybox but I couldnt seem to get it to work so I just removed it(didnt try too hard to be honest but it wont be missed).

Leave a comment if anyone finds out if/how 30 FPS lock is bypassed.

    Thanks for the info. Glad to know this works well in 3D loved the game on the 360, would love to play through again in 3D. I will definitely be picking this up.

    You mention you removed the skybox, does this mean there's no sky whatsoever? I'm only asking because I couln't really see in the screenshots and things like that, missing things such as turning off shadows, really bug the heck out of me. :)

      sky is blue, no clouds now(skybox wasnt exactly vibrant beforehand). I forgot to take a picture of it. Will PROBABLY take a shot later.

      Thanks. You're right that doesn't look bad at all and with all the colored fog in place it almost looks like it was designed that way. If I wasn't currently playing Skyrim I'd grab it now.

      Sky is at wrong depth. If you have and it annoys you. use what I posted.

      If not, have fun and play. It works well minus fps.

    game crashes at 1080x24hz any help?

    game crashes on startup with any resolution setting, also if this mod doesnt do this is there any to decrease advanced graphics options?

      This is a mod for 3d vision. In case I misundertstand what you are saying.

      If you have 3d vision and are crashing at start up go through this.

      i miss typed, i wanted to know if this mod or any other known mod can reduce advanced graphics options like view distance and grass quality so i can maybe improove my performance

      Are you sure you have bad performance?
      Game is capped at 30 fps.

    I know you've been out of the 'game fixing game' for a little while, but Thanks! Got this game frEEEEEEE as part of Sega's Steam promo called "Make War, Not Love" (PC gaming RULES!). SO, it's a HUGE bonus that there's a fix for this game! I enjoyed The Spartan on Gamecube (despite reviews, excepting the old man escort mission: stupid, STUPID man), so I hold out some hope for this game. I'm frustrated right now with the 3 Sentinels boss fight in Dark Souls II SOTFS, so I'm taking a break from that one.
