3Dmigoto 3D Vision DX11 Fix

What this mod does:
- Fixes various shadows, lights, light shafts, bloom & haloing issues
- Disables screen space reflections. (Press the 'Z' key to toggle the reflections back on)
- Places the crosshair and crosshair icons at a fixed depth. Press the 'X' key to toggle the crosshair dot (off by default). 
- Adds a low convergence preset on the 'Caps Lock' button. Use this for some cutscenes or when examining some items.

Installation:
1)  Download this ZIP file and extract the contents into the game directory.
2)  In your Steam library, right click on "Lust for Darkness" and select "Properties"
3)  Click "Set Launch Options"
4)  In the box, type -window-mode exclusive and click "Ok"

Additional Notes:
- It may take a minute to load all of the cached shaders when you initially run the game. (This only happens one time). If it takes longer than a minute, exit the game by pressing Alt+F4 and just restart the game.
- If you want, you can change the depth of the crosshair, convergence preset value or associated keybindings by opening the d3dx.ini file.
