Toy Soldiers - Geo 11 fix
Fix by Rubini based on Steam last version.
This fix uses DgVoodoo v2.83, 3dmigoto v1.3.16 and geo11 v6.80
Toy Soldiers is one of all time best tower defense game style- it is beautiful, dynamic and fun to play.
This fix is for the original game (dont work for "Complete" or "Hd" versions)
Toy Soldiers is an old dx9 32bit nvidia ready game, but all its HUD were at screen depth, making it not playable in real stereo. Dvoodoo made it a Dx11 game, and then 3Dmigoto can be used and fix all its HUD elements. I also used masterotaku's Custum Frustum shader to "fix" sniper mask on the fly.
(An old DHR's fix is also available here on the blog, but it fix only the crosshair)
My specs/tested on:
Win 10 Pro build 19045 nvidia driver 566.36
Win 7 nvidia driver 390.77
Passive monitor at 1920x1080, gtx 2080
direct_mode: interlaced

Fixed:
- sniper mask texture on the fly
- victory fireworks
- and all hud elements!
Hoteys:
- F12 open/closed OSD help screen
- F3 cycle convergence if needed, default 5.0
- F1 toggle top HUD depth values for a more eye confort if needed
- F6 show depth&convergence (toggle)
- F9 shows FPS (toggle)
Notes:
- All video settings can be maximized
- Remember to edit "d3dxdm.ini " to change your " direct_mode" to the output you need (interlaced is default here)
- The mouse pointer uses the software mouse shader, so its not that precise, but works very well on this game
Installation:
- Extract all files to where GameSW.exe is.
- Then launch the game and let it overwrite the profile if needed
