Update: V1.00 - 17.10.2019
- release

1.  Fixed

- everything by DSS UNITY Script Auto-fix except some Halo and Shadows, that are fixed with:
DHR UNITY-UNIVERSAL-Script 2017 RegEx
- HUD (Losti) - Depth Buffer scaled AutoDeph-HUD (more difficult than expected, if you have some incorrectness at some convergence choose some little higher/lower convergence, its because of the chaning point in the calculation curve!

2.  Issues left

- nothing seen, means:

You have other issues and/or can present a savegame with a static scene having an issue???? --- please privide a screenshot and a savegame to rauti@inetmx.de

3.  Download

4.  Introduction to get it working

be sure to remove old versions using uninstall.bat
- copy archive files to ...GAMEDIRECTORY\
- start the game with START.cmd
ensure full screen in game
- you may have to restart your PC or restart the game several times until its kick in!!
- press ALT+TAB and back if you have  changed settings or restart the game
- for 3D-mode like SBS and so on please edit the 3DMode.ini in ShaderFixes folder!
Depth Buffer scaled AutoDeph-HUD: If you have some incorrectness at some convergence, please choose some little higher/lower convergence, its because of the chaning point in the calculation curve!

4.1 Ingame Settings

- up to you (i think), the fix was made with MAXED out settings,if there are any issues, please provide your settings, try maxed out settings !

5.  Key Settings

5.1  Key Settings (Keyboard + Mouse Gameplay)

"NUM /"
-  cylce HUD-Depth

"NUM *"
-  switch between high and low convergence, in general its up to you to choose convergence

5.2  Key Settings (Controller Gameplay)

"XB_GUIDE"
-  switch between high and low convergence

6.  Key Setting - Customization

----only for more advanced users---

If you don’t like the settings the fix comes with, you have to find your own likes:
- to watch your current convergence/separation set hunting=1 in \ShaderFixes\HuntingOptions.ini
- change constants/settings/keys and check the result in game by pressing F10

6.1  3Dmigoto - Constants

----only for more advanced users---

- the fix comes with the following default constant settings:

;HudDepth
x20=0.3

;CrosshairDepth
x21=1.0

;AutoDepthToggle
x22=1.0

;MenuIndicator
x23=0.0

;AimIndicator
x24=0.0

;InventoryMenuIndicator
x25=0.0

6.2  Advanced Key Config

----only for more advanced users---

You can define keys in [Constants] section with:

[KeyWHATEVERYOURNAMEIS]
Key = KEY
CONSTANTX = XXX
SEPARATION = SEPXX
CONVERGENCE = CONVXX

- for choosing a key look here for replace KEY with it (
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd375731(v=vs.85).aspx)
- replace CONSTANTX with the constants written above
- replace XXX with a value, see above
- replace SEPXX with a separation value, leave it = the separation you choose by STRG+F3/4, no changes, 100 = 100%
- replace CONVXX with a convergence value, leave it = the convergence you choose by STRG+F5/6, no changes

Key Press Types:
- type = hold ==> only active while holding this key
- type = toggle ==> enable/disable this setting
- type = cycle ==> cycles the settings via this key, e.g. SEPARATION = 100, 50 will cycle between 100% and 50% separation pressing this key
--if you have more settings you need to define it for every cycle step:
--means: if you want to change separation and you want to use the same constant for both settings use:
SEPARATION = X1, X2
CONSTANTX = XXX, XXX
- no definition = settings set on ON once pressed the key

You can also change any existing key definitions changing the key behind key = in the d3dx.ini .... if you like the setting but want another key for it.

  1. He ho,,if you need only 2 until 5 hours for a fix...a short step by step instruction would be nice, what exactly you do. I dont want earn money with the fixes but simply understand. :)

    1. Actually, it's the other way around- Losti has some serious talent at ShaderHacking now, so he makes it look easy. But it's generally time consuming and difficult.

      If you want a good place to start, take a look at Bo3b's School for ShaderHackers That uses the older HelixMod, but all of the principles are the same.

      The people who do the most instruction can be found on the Discord channel, but they will expect you to have gone through ShaderHacker school.

  2. I know your shaderhacker school. Not very simple to understand everything. I thought, ists easier to lern it, by a step by step instruction....ok. Your guide is something like this. :D thx for this by the way bob :))

    1. Another thing to try would be our Universal Fixes. We have those for UE4, TellTale Games, and Unity. This can be a good thing to try for games that have not gotten any attention that you'd like to see. Often does not give great results, but can take something from unplayable to playable. And does not really require any skill or learning to use.

    2. Sorry, shader hacking unfortunately does not match any step by step instruction! Sorry. Many many try and error things even if you are skilled.
