Geo-11 fix for Subnautica: Below Zero

Fixes the most essential shaders, but a few effects remain broken.  I am unable to prevent clouds from rendering at screen depth.  And some lighting effects are not quite right.  But overall the game looks pretty good.

Install: unzip the file into the game folder containing SubnauticaZero.exe.  If installed to the standard location, this will be here:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SubnauticaZero

* For those using driver version 452.06 or below, the game MUST run in fullscreen exclusive mode.  To adjust this: (1) Run Steam  (2) Select Library (3) Right click on "Subnautica: Below Zero" and select "Properties" from the list.  (4) Under "General" in properties, find the "Launch Options."  (5) Under Launch Options, add the line:
-window-mode exclusive
