BeamNG.drive

Current fix is for version 0.8. Future updates will likely break this fix and I cannot guarantee I'll refix it until game is fully released. Enjoy it while you can!

If you follow the trend of fixes I make, they usually involve games where things explode gloriously (mostly heads) or things go REALLY fast, so naturally a driving game with full soft-body physics would catch my interest. However, the real reason I fixed this was because I wanted a driving simulator with better graphics than City Car Driving (which I also fixed), and this seemed like the best candidate. I haven't gotten a chance to break out my Logitech G27 to give this game a proper go, but the driving feel on a Xbox 360 controller is not the greatest, so this might be a better fit for those that are more interested in the sandbox aspect, but at least the latest update for the game does provide more single player experience options for those with less imagination.

The reason I put the big disclaimer up is because I've already gone through having an update completely break the fix. I had JUST finished fixing this on version 0.72, and then literally the next day I fired it up to try it out with my wheel to find the game had updated and all my hard work went down the drain with it. I almost shelved it at that point, but decided to fix it again for the latest version since I had the knowledge on how to fix everything relatively quickly again, but I don't think I'll have the patience to go through that again unless I feel like it'll be a safe bet for some time thereafter (ie. a couple months after full release). Hopefully it'll be a while before any future updates come out at least.

Fixed:
-all halos (pretty much EVERYTHING created a halo)
-lighting/shadows
-water

Disabled:
-A shader related to dustclouds. The dustclouds themselves are fixed/present, but this shader was breaking them, couldn't be properly fixed (only close approximate), and I couldn't even determine what it actually did other than break an already fixed effect, so I just disabled it
-Bloom on brake/headlights

Other Issues:
-Shadows ARE fixed, however while in motion they seem *slightly* off. Not a huge issue, but is a minor annoyance

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download: Fix for version 0.8
2. Extract/install fix to directory:  ..\BeamNG.drive\Bin64

Tools used for this fix:
-3DMigoto version 1.2.51

ABZU

Merry Christmas everyone! This is more an experience than a game really, but it is quite something else with the sheer abundance of sea life around you and the attention to detail to make things like kelp and algae move realistically is quite impressive. I laughed with glee when I first came across a group of fish swimming in a bait ball and was able to experience what it would be like to swim through the middle of them :)

Download the fix: 3Dfix-ABZU-1.2.zip

Fixed

  • Killed motion blur (causes massive issues in 3D)
  • Fixed Temporal Anti-Aliasing (the game inexplicably enables this about half way though)
  • Halos and related issues on all surfaces (grass, rocks, water, etc, etc, etc)
  • Decals
  • Lights
  • Shadows
  • Specular Highlights
  • Environmental reflections
  • Sun reflection
  • Water clipping near walls
  • Water caustics
  • Water density

Update 1.1

  • Fix crash on Windows 10 when using the SBS custom shader

Update 1.2

  • Allow Steam Overlay + Steam Controller to work
  • Fixed giant nautilus
  • Fix light hitting volcanic ash in depths level
  • Several more minor effects fixed

Installation

  1. Extract the zip file to the game directory. If done correctly, the d3d11.dll should be in the same directory as AbzuGame-Win64-Shipping.exe (not the top level directory)

  2. Launch the game. The first time you run it (and again after any driver update) you will get a UAC prompt for Rundll32 to install the driver profile - choose yes.

SLI Notes

SLI + 3D Vision is broken in this game in recent drivers. The surface of the water is badly visually corrupted and the waves on the surface do not match between the eyes. Either disable SLI through the control panel, or downgrade to a known working driver:

  • 372.90 (Wed Sep 21, 2016): Works
  • 373.06 (Thu Oct 06, 2016): Works
  • 375.63 (Sun Oct 23, 2016): Broken
  • 375.70 (Fri Oct 28, 2016): Untested, presumed broken
  • 375.95 (Fri Nov 18, 2016): Broken
  • 376.09 (Mon Nov 28, 2016): Broken
  • 376.19 (Mon Dec 05, 2016): Untested, presumed broken
  • 376.33 (Wed Dec 14, 2016): Broken
  • 376.48 (Wed Dec 21, 2016): Broken

Known Issues

  • If you see a massively broken effect (like a flickering surface, nuclear lights, an inexplicable colour filter, etc) it might just be a glitch. Try restarting the game before reporting any issues.

  • About half way through the game it suddenly enables temporal anti-aliasing for no apparent reason, which has issues in 3D. I've fixed all the worst problems this causes, but it still exhibits some minor judder in some areas.

Side-by-Side / Top-and-Bottom Output Modes

This fix is bundled with the new SBS / TAB output mode support in 3DMigoto. To enable it, edit the d3dx.ini, find the [Present] section and uncomment the line that reads:

run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS

Then, in game press F11 to cycle output modes. If using 3D TV Play, set the nvidia control panel to output checkerboard to remove the 720p limitation.

Sniper Elite 3

After fixing Sniper Elite V2 and Zombie Army Trilogy it only made sense that I would eventually fix this game as well. Originally I was much more interested in this title than V2, but a colleague urged me to work on V2 first, claiming it was far superior and that this one "sucked." After finally working on and playing this game, I have to say that person and I have WAY different opinions. Quite frankly, I didn't like V2 that much and thought this was a much better game (way better stealth gameplay and open-ended mission design) and a MUCH better 3D experience (those god rays look so awesome in 3D, and don't even get me started on the more graphic X-ray killcam!). Anyone who is a fan of the series needs to play/replay this in 3D.

Fixed:

  • Lighting & shadows
  • Ambient Occlusion
  • God Rays
  • Skyboxes
  • Bloom effects
  • Adjustable HUD depth & 3D crosshair implemented

Instructions

1. Download fix: Version 1.0
2. Extract fix contents to ..\Sniper Elite 3\bin folder

Keys / Presets
\ key: Toggles HUD on/off
] key: Cycles static HUD items depth
[ key: Toggles crosshair/HUD auto-depth on/off. Good to disable when looking at map screen

Tools used for this fix:
-3DMigoto version 1.2.51
-DarkStarSword's auto-depth 3D crosshair technique

Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D [DX11]

This is more a guide to make it work in 3D than a fix, because there aren't any (fixable with shader modifications) issues.

Instructions

1- Download dgVoodoo 2 from here (latest version at this moment is 2.53): http://dege.freeweb.hu/

2- Unzip it somewhere and copy the "DED8.dll", "D3DImm.dll" and "DDraw.dll" files from its "MS" folder to the folder where "Rogue Squadron.EXE" is ("I:\GOG\Star Wars - Rogue Squadron 3D\ROGUE" in my case).

3- Open "dgVoodooSetup.exe". In the "Config folder / Running instance" option, press "Add" and choose that "ROGUE" folder I mentioned before.

4- Configure it like this pictures. Some graphics settings can be configured to your liking. Then hit "Apply".

5- Download the fix if you want to use the hotkeys of the next section (one of these two options) and unzip it in the "ROGUE" folder:
zip: https://s3.amazonaws.com/masterotaku/Star+Wars+Rogue+Squadron+3D/rogue_squadron_3D_fix_1.zip

6- Open the game. It will be in 2D by default if you use the fix from step 5. That's because having 3D enabled before loading screens messes up some graphics. So wait until you can control your ship in a mission and then use the emitter button or ctrl+t or the hotkey you use for that.

Hotkeys

- "q" or "right stick click / R3" in your controller: three convergence presets.
- Mouse "back" button: hold it for 0 separation.
- "Left stick click / L3": 0 separation toggle.

Recommendations

- Use a 4:3 resolution, like 1440x1080 if you have a 1080p monitor, 1920x1440 if you have a 1440p monitor, or 2880x2160 if you have a 4K monitor. The widescreen fix from the pcgamingwiki (http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Star_Wars:_Rogue_Squadron_3D) that is in the "Use Sui's Rogue Squadron DLL wrapper" section doesn't work for me, it crashes after selecting a ship.

Edit: editing the "Rogue Squadron.EXE" file with an Hex editor, it's possible to use widescreen: https://www.gog.com/forum/star_wars_rogue_squadron_3d/rogue_squadron_at_higher_resolutions_60_fps_windowed_mode/post14

After that, select a 16:9 resolution in dgVoodoo.

- Limit fps to 60 with Rivatuner Statistics Server. It will make frame pacing perfect in 3D. Switch that to 120fps (or to your refresh rate) when you want to play it in 2D instead.

- Use a controller to play the game. The mouse input is a bit strange, making it hard to aim. The controller feels more analog.

- The crosshair is always at screen depth, and that's annoying. You can disable it ingame and use the Nvidia crosshair (ctrl+F12) instead. It will work properly in cockpit view, but not in third person mode (the ship gets in the way and affects the crosshair depth). Aiming in this game isn't hard without a crosshair anyway.

Unravel (DX11)

I re-fix the WIP created by 4everAwake (some game update broke it), so all the credits goes to him.
I tweak the lights shaders to fix some black textures and removing the DOF effect don't remove the water.

Before i post here i talk with 4everAwake if is ok with him...all OK....so enjoy this amazing game....really is an amazing game and S3D looks awesome. Removing the DOF effects is the best thing done in this fix....why hide the beauty of the landscape.

Fix:
- Remove DOF, default OFF (toogle with "X" key...believe me...you will not use DOF)
- Fixes character shadows & fixes interior lights
- Fixes various 2D effects (dust trails, sparks, fog)
- Disables vignette effect when the camera zooms in on picture frames

Know Issues (nothing game breaking):
- Specular highlights & water reflections look incorrect
- Various water effects are 2D (water splashes, crashing waves,.. etc)

Presets:
- "1" key or Xbox LB button for low convergence (read the book or picture frames)
- "2" key for medium convergence (gameplay one)
- "3" key for High convergence (gameplay one)
- Xbox RB button cycle between medium and high convergence

Instructions:
- Extract .zip where the .EXE is located
- Start the game, when "Rundll32" prompt appear, press "Yes". This is only for the first launch.

Far Cry Primal

v1.1: 3Dfix-Far+Cry+Primal-1.1.zip

v1.0: 3Dfix-Far+Cry+Primal-1.0.zip

Update v1.1

This update is primarily aimed at improving the performance on SLI systems. Running at 2560x1440 with water quality set to 'High', I see improvements from 29fps in v1.0 to 55fps in v1.1, and with water quality set to 'Very High' I see improvements from 10fps in v1.0 to 50fps in v1.1!

Note that enabling the SBS/TAB custom shader will still have a significant impact to the framerate in SLI (stay tuned - improvements to halve the cost and limit it to when SBS/TAB is actually being used are planned).

For single GPU users there is still an improvement - the crosshair should now be less "jumpy", and will prefer to stay behind small objects like grass or foliage.

  • Updated to 3DMigoto 1.2.50
  • Driver profile is automatically updated on launch.
  • Downscale depth buffer to 1/16th resolution for crosshair depth calculations to improve SLI framerate, and make crosshair less "jumpy".
  • Downscale reflections to 1/2 their original resolution before swapping eyes, and limit operation to once per frame to drastically improve SLI framerate (reducing water quality slightly will also make an additional improvement to SLI framerate).

Fixed

  • Volumetric fog completely and accurately fixed and looks awesome in 3D :)
    • Shadow volumes (e.g. cast from trees)
    • Light volumes (e.g. in caves)
    • Camp fires
    • Density near mountains
    • Density near cliffs
    • Density in sky
  • Specular highlights are fixed accurately!
  • Lights / Shadows
    • Tile Lighting
    • Directional
    • Ambient
    • Physical
  • Water reflections
    • Real reflections outdoors (using stereo reversal technique)
    • Environment map reflections in caves
  • Ambient Occlusion
    • Normal map artefacts
    • Disabled false velocity smearing
  • Auto crosshair added
  • Enemy & animal tags
  • Mask of Krati crystals around edge of screen moved to fixed depth
  • Halos
  • Lens flares
  • Vignette pushed to depth
  • Hunter vision yellow outline fade out at edge of screen lined up better
  • Underwater caustics
  • Decals
  • Bloom

Installation

  1. Unpack the zip file to the Far Cry Primal\bin directory

  2. Launch the game. The first time you run it (and again after any driver update) you will get a UAC prompt for Rundll32 to install the driver profile - choose yes.

  3. Disable Motion Blur in the settings

  4. If using SLI, lower the water quality to 'High' to improve the framerate and reduce stuttering.

HUD Modes

Two different automatic HUD modes are provided:

The default mode will adjust the entire HUD based on the centre of the screen, which is well suited to general gameplay so that the crosshair will line up with the target.

The second mode will try to adjust the HUD to be mostly in front of anything on the screen. This mode is intended for use in cutscenes to help make the subtitles easier to read.

The ~ key can be used to toggle between both of these modes. If you would prefer to use a fixed depth HUD, you can do so by editing the d3dx.ini - x2 sets the mode and x sets the fixed depth for mode 0.

Convergence Presets

Press backslash to cycle between two convergence presets - a low preset recommended for most of the game, and a high preset intended for use in the Legend of the Mammoth DLC.

Side-by-Side / Top-and-Bottom Output Modes

This fix is bundled with the new SBS / TAB output mode support in 3DMigoto. To enable it, edit the d3dx.ini, find the [Present] section and uncomment the following line by removing the semicolon from the start:

run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS

Then, in game press F11 to cycle output modes. If using 3D TV Play, set the nvidia control panel to output checkerboard to remove the 720p limitation.

Notes

There are some reports that recent drivers are causing issues for some people. If you have trouble, 361.91 and 362.00 are known to work for this game.

I may revisit the game later to improve the HUD like I did in FC4, but this is quite playable as is.

Known Issues

  • Vignette underwater is not lined up with the edge of the screen (related to the HUD), but is a pretty minor issue.

  • Some of the cutscenes have excessive sparkles at the far left of the screen.

  • Some of the reflections are not accurate in 2D, and therefore not accurate in 3D either. The river near the village is probably the worst for this as from certain camera angles plants can be seen stretched across the water. This is a game bug.

  • If you use an unusual resolution, the fog in some areas (such as while obtaining the Owl guide) may be cut off the right of the screen. This occurs even in 2D and is a game bug. 1920x1080 and 1280x720 both work fine.

    Hitman 2016 (DX11)

    UPDATE 7-Dic-2017
    - Re-fix the game again.
    - HUD was NOT fixed, all 2D.

First, i want to thanks to ishiki for give me this game. THANKS!! really appreciate :).

I have to say this game is awesome...the stages/levels are huge and looks amazing in S3D. My personal opinion is it a better game than Hitman Absolution. If you love Hitman games, i recommend this one for sure.
Also the engine used in this game is an upgrade of the one used in Hitman Absolution (Glacier 2), now all shadows, lights and SSR are made in Compute shaders...in Fact, i have to fix the Sun position in a compute shader (first time!). All this effects looks better than Absolution, so is indeed an improvement.

    Fix:
    - Shadows
    - Lights
    - Screen Space Reflections
    - Normal reflections
    - Mirror reflections *new
    - Water Shine Lights *new
    - Sun/Sun glow
    - Sky / Clouds
    - Halos in effects (Fog, smoke, dust, fog, ice, water, others)
    - HUD and Crosshair (best compromise)

    Know issue:
    - I 90% fix the Culling/clipping. Some spots and in certain angles the issue is still visible. You will look some black blocks. But overall the game looks amazing!

    Presets:
    - "O" key cycle Crosshair and Target icons depth
    - "K" key cycle some HUD elements depth
    - "L" key for navigate in menus (set separation = 0)
    - Xbox Controller Back Button for navigate in menus (set separation = 0). Use to enter and exit.

    TB and SBS Mode:
    - The game support SBS/TB Mode using 3Dmigoto. Remove the ";" in the  ;run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS in the [Present] section of the d3dx.ini. Default TB Mode. F11 to cycle.

    **IMPORTANT** Intallation Notes:
We need to install the game in the game folder without the little "TM" (trade mark).Windows/3Dmigoto take that character as "?" (ilegal character for files/folder names) so all shader fixed copied in the ShaderFixed folder are skipped (same as remove the effect). To do this edit the manifest appmanifest_236870.acf in steam for this game and change the "installdir" line from "Hitman TM" to "Hitman" (delete the little TM) and rename the game folder to "Hitman", you need a match between the manifest and the name folder. To do this you have to quit steam. Works for me!

    Instructions:
    - Extract .zip where the .EXE is located (not the launcher)
    - Start the game, when "Rundll32" prompt appear, press "Yes". This is for the Profile Override needed for this game.
    - Use "Exclusive Fullscreen"
    - Disable Minimap in game option

    Zombie Army Trilogy

After fixing Sniper Elite V2, I had my sights set on fixing this game too since it uses the same engine and same overall gameplay, although I wasn't quite sure how much I would actually like the game itself. Much to my surprise, I found I actually REALLY liked it, even moreso than Sniper V2. Many of the gameplay elements in V2 seemed way too arcadey for a legit sniper game, but they felt right at home here, not to mention some of the overall gameplay elements (ie. accuracy and stopping power of the weapons) are much tighter and enjoyable here... and what's not to love about shooting zombies through the head (and seeing their brains spray out in 3D slow-mo!!!).

    Fixed:
    Lighting & shadows
    Skyboxes
    Bloom effects
Adjustable HUD depth & 3D crosshair implemented

    Not fixed:
Nothing (that I'm aware of). Game is darn near flawless!

Updated on 2017-01-03 to version 1.1
-Updated to 3DMigoto version 1.2.53 to automatically update Nvidia driver profile with required settings to make easier for users to install fix

    Instructions

    1. Download fix: Version 1.1
    2. Extract fix contents to ..\Zombie Army Trilogy\bin folder
    3. Required settings: Ambient Occlusion should be on for 3D crosshair to work. All other settings should work.

    Tools used for this fix:
    -3DMigoto version 1.2.53
-DarkStarSword's auto-depth 3D crosshair and HUD filtering technique

    Special Thanks:
oneup03 for donating an extra copy of the game to me to be able to fix this

    Blue Estate The Game

    What this mod does:
    - Utilizes Helix's LUA script to fix shadows, lights & haloing issues
    - Utilizes DarkStarSword's method for fixing effects that are out of alignment
    - Moves bloom to a fixed depth
    - Moves HUD to a fixed depth
    - Adds two convergence presets on the 'Caps Lock' key.

    Installation:
Download this ZIP file and extract the contents into the directory "..\Blue Estate\Binaries\Win64\"

    **If using 3DTV Play**
    - Move the file inside the "3DTV Play- Helixmod" folder to the "shaderoverride/vertexshaders/" folder.
    - When prompted, overwrite the file .

    Important note:
    - When in-game, don't manually adjust the depth (separation). Doing so will cause some effects to become misaligned.  Instead:
    1. Decide what depth you want to play the game at-- 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% (default is 100%). If you want, you can cycle through the four separation presets in-game by pressing the backslash key.
    2. To change the default depth setting, exit the game & open the Dx9Settings.ini file.
    3. If, for example, you prefer 50% depth, scroll down to [PRES3]. Cut the line "UseByDef = true" and paste it under [PRES1].

    Gal*Gun: Double Peace

    Download the fix: 3Dfix-GalGun+Double+Peace-2016-11-09.zip

    Fixes

    • Various automatic HUD depth adjustments (refer to Keys below)
    • Shadows
    • God Rays
    • Halos

    Installation

    Extract the zip file under:

    ....\GalGun Double Peace\Binaries\Win64

Open GalGun Double Peace\Engine\Config\BaseEngine.ini and search for:

    AllowNvidiaStereo3d=False

    Change it to True:

    AllowNvidiaStereo3d=True

    Keys

    • ~ = Toggle between two convergence presets
    • 1 = HUD to 2D screen depth (use for menus)
    • 2 = HUD to first vertex depth (selected by default, recommended for gameplay)
    • 3 = HUD to individual vertex depth (like 2, but HUD elements may be more skewed)
    • 4 = HUD to mouse depth (Periodically move the mouse to all four sides to calibrate)
    • 5 = HUD to depth of screen center

    Known Issues

    Battleborn (DX11)

I had this fix sleeping in my PC, so i decided to update due the recent game-updates and upload the fix.
Also want to thanks to SKAUT for helping me testing and donating the game for the fix.

    Fix:
    - Halos in effects (fire, smoke, fog, lights, etc)
    - Decals
    - Targetting circle in the ground when using super powers
    - Others effects
    - HUD

    Presets:
    - "P" key for recommended convergence
    - "I" key -> cycle Crosshair depth
    - "U" key -> cycle HUD depth, include enemy energy bars and names, default 10%

Right Button Mouse and Left Trigger in Xbox low the convergence for aiming (using different characters), have a delay for activating, so if you tap for kicking (using in others characters) convergence remain the same.

    Note:
    - In video settings use Dynamic shadows = off and AO = off. Both broken.
    - Static shadows are working fine...if they disable starting a chapter enter the video settings change dynamics shadows to "on" and "off" to enable again. There is a bug with shadows in this game.
    - Also using the super power for running fast and others, the effect in the borders of the screen is off...i can't fix without break some lights (there are using the same shader).

    TB and SBS Mode:
    - The game support SBS/TB Mode using 3Dmigoto. Remove the ";" in the ;run = CustomShader3DVision2SBS in the [Present] section of the d3dx.ini. Default TB Mode. F11 to cycle.

    Instructions:
    - Extract .zip where the .EXE is located

    City Car Driving Simulator

It's kinda funny how I came across working on this game. Just over a month ago I was set to take my IRL driving test in 2 days, and wanted to get in as much practice as possible beforehand. Not having my own car (I'm actually a motorcycle guy! ;)) left me with few options. I had the awesome Logitech Driving Force GT wheel (that I barely ever used) so I figured I could use that, but found that the racing games in my library weren't actually the best candidates for practicing real life maneuvers and scenarios, so instead I decided to search for simulators that would be more applicable, which of course led me to finding this title. I fired up the game and found it was mostly fine, although the HUD was at depth and mirror reflections were broken, so a couple quick adjustments and this was perfect in 3D. It just so happened that I had just finished building my own DIY head tracking device (intended for Elite Dangerous), and this title has TrackIR support. So with 3D in place, head tracking, and a well functioning FFB wheel I found this was a very suitable and surprisingly accurate solution for getting in some good practice for my road test. I've since gotten myself a Logitech G27 wheel, and fully intend on using this to also help me learn to drive manual.

TL;DR: I actually used this game to practice for (and pass!) my drivers test, and I recommend this for anyone else with similar hardware: 3DVision, FFB driving wheel, and (optional, but very useful) some form of head tracking device.

It should be mentioned that I made this fix from the copy that is available for download off of the dev's website, but I imagine it should probably work with the version that was just released on Steam.

    Instructions

    1) Download fix: Version 1.0
    2) Install to location of Starter.exe file, which should be ..\City Car Driving Home Edition\bin\win32 folder
    3) Game is not very graphically demanding, so I used all highest settings.
    4) Set convergence to preference, and use ] key to cycle through HUD depth settings (including removing it all-together)

    Killing Room

Quite the fun little game (although maybe a little masochistic in some ways!). Fairly similar to Ziggurat in terms of FPS/roguelite hybrid gameplay, but less fantasy and more of a Saw meets Tim Burton like theme. The graphics are actually pretty good (really like the explosions and fire effects) and makes for a pleasant 3D visual experience. Definitely worth picking up, especially at the current sale price.

    Update History:
    Version 2.0 on 2020-07-31 (courtesy of 4everAwake):
-Replaced 3DMigoto DLL with 32-bit version to fix compatibility
-HUD elements (including the crosshair) depth can now be adjusted by editing the d3dx.ini file

    Fixed:
    Mostly everything

    Issues:
Shadows will sometimes break in certain rooms at certain camera angles.

    Instructions

    1. Download: Killing Room fix v2.0
    2. Unzip file to game directory where KillingRoom.exe exists
    3. Add launch option "-window-mode exclusive" without the quotes

    Sniper Elite V2

Here's a game that I'm surprised never got a proper fix before. I remember people saying that the game (and also Sniper Elite 3) was extremely broken and unfixable, which was actually very far from the truth. Anyway, got 'er all fixed up nicely now, and able to enjoy those x-ray headshots in all their 3D glory. It's a fun enough game, a bit arcadey and shallow for my likings, but I know some people absolutely loved it. And for those wondering: yes, I can/will also fix Sniper Elite 3 (and probably will also be able to fix the upcoming Sniper Elite 4)! I already made significant progress back when it had a free weekend on Steam a couple weeks back, but then the developer ended the free weekend at 6PM on the Sunday, rather than later, and I was about an hour into working on my fix at that point. Grrrr. So as a matter of principle I decided against buying the game at that time, and will revisit it when it's next on sale.

    Fixed:

    • Lighting & shadows
    • Bloom effects
    • HUD & 3D crosshair implemented

    Not fixed:

    • I don't have the DLC for the game, so I could not fix the sniper crosshairs for any DLC rifles

    Instructions

    1. Download fix: Version 1.0

    2. Extract fix contents to ..\Sniper Elite V2\bin folder

    3. In-game settings:  Should work across all game settings.

    4. Optional - Either set StereoFlagsDX10 setting to 0x00004000 in Nvidia Inspector by following these instructions, or simply disable compute shaders in the options (only thing I noticed is they are used for bloom effects on fires, so don't think turning them off is a bad option if you have issues with using Nvidia Inspector)

    5. Key Presets:
\  key             -      Cycles through static HUD depth settings. Might work for pushing DLC rifle crosshairs into depth
Caps Lock     -      Toggles convergence to 0.5. Good for during the bullet travel cams.

    Tools used / Special thanks:

-3DMigoto version 1.2.43. Thanks to bo3b and DarkStarSword for their continued efforts, and also to Chiri for his initial creation of the tool
-DarkStarSword's auto-depth 3D crosshair code and HUD filtering technique

      Clustertruck [DX9]

Although the DX11 version of this game looks good out of the box, SSAO renders incorrectly in 3D (I'm unable to fix this). So I opted to run the DX9 version instead.  On the DX9 version, SSAO renders good. But some lights needed to be re-fixed.

      What this mod does:
      - Activates 3D
      - Re-fixes various haloing & lighting issues
      - Adds an auto-convergence feature for the Stage Selection screen

      Known Issue:
      - SSAO still looks a little incorrect

      Installation:
      1)  Download this ZIP file and extract the contents into the game's directory.

      2a) For the GOG version:
      • Run the game using the included shortcut "Clustertruck- Helixmod.bat"
      2b) For the Steam Version:

        Metro: Last Light

Just a simple fix I made for this game at the request of another member a while back. The game itself is already nearly perfect out of the box, but a couple of minor issues needed to be fixed and also added a couple quality of life additions.

*Note: This is for the original version of the game, not the Redux version

        Fixed:
        -Lighting reflection on spiderwebs
-Bloom that gets broken when unlocking and adjusting convergence (fixed to the correct position, however the bloom effect still appears through walls and objects when it should not be visible)
        -HUD pushed into depth
        -Disabled lens flares by default

        Key presets:
-Auto-convergence on RMB to make aiming easier, or during cutscenes
-Auto-convergence on F for when recharging battery
-Toggle to re-enable/disable lens flares on the G key (same key as putting on the gas mask for added realism)

        Bonus:
-Overwrite the Legal.ogv file to skip the annoying startup video in the beginning

        INSTRUCTIONS

        Download: Version 1.1

        Installation:
        1. Extract archive to game folder location that contains MetroLL.exe
        2. Optional, for unlocking convegence:

        Go into the following file:
        C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\4A Games\Metro LL\<some number>\user.cfg

        and add the line:
        r_dbg_stereo_auto_separation 0

        The Crew (DX11)

This game was really broken, so a lot of stuff are fixed. Lights have a bunch of shaders and different patterns, so that is why i fix only using Soft shadows.

        Fix:
        - Shadows and Soft Shadows
        - Lights
        - Reflections
        - Sun Glare
        - Skybox
        - 2D Objects (Fire, smoke, dust)
        - 2D white outlines in map and others stuff
        - HUD (10% depth)

Know issues (will be fixed in future update):
        - Ocean reflections, i still need to figure this out. i can fix the reflections but the rest of the water looks rare.
        - Others minor reflections in buildings (windows)
        - One Lights, need to fix the decompiler issue first (is a big one), but is a know pattern.

        Note:
        - Use SOFT SHADOWS and AO = OFF
        - Use MSAA or TXAA (FXAA and OFF is broken)
        - If you get a crash disabling Compatibility Mode (AKA Fake3D), use Nvidia Inspector to remove the original profile from the exe. Start the game without profile....that will start the game in real 3D.

        - Disable Fake3D using CTRL+ALT+F11

        Livelock

Another decent top-down/twin-stick shooter game that's sporting some nice visuals with destructive environments, a bit more variation in gameplay and a skill progression & weapon unlock system that separates it from other games of the same genre (and make it a bit more like Diablo 3 in those aspects).

It's also worth noting that this game is the first that I've come across running on Unity 5.4 engine, which meant I was not able to run DarkStarSword's Unity template fixing script, but fortunately I was able to manually hand fix the shaders.

I've only played through the first chapter (12 stages), so there's some possibility of there being broken effects later, but I haven't come across any broken effects since the 2nd or 3rd stage, so I felt it was likely finished at this point. If anyone finds anything broken, please post in the comments and I'll get it fixed.

        Instructions

        1. Download: Livelock 3D fix Version 1
        2. Unzip file to game directory where Livelock.exe exists
        3. Add Livelock.exe to 3D-Hub Video Player using Nvidia Inspector
        4. Add launch option "-window-mode exclusive" without the quotes
        5. In game, use the Caps Lock key to toggle between 2 convergence presets. One is for menus and cutscenes and the other for gameplay.

        Elite Dangerous

        Elite Dangerous:Beyond***********APRIL 17,  2019 -- Update***************
Original fix by AndysonofBob.. New Fix by DJ-RK. Updated by The_Nephilim & DSS

        Hi All,

We have a new fix, for Elite dangerous and is it a Good one..
There are also a few Key presses to toggle different objects.. here is the List and Key Presses:

        DisableHUD
        Key =  \

        GalaxyMapFixDepth
        Key =   ]

        ToggleBloom
        Key =   [

        HUDConvergenceAdjust1
        Key=     '

        KeyHUDConvergenceAdjust2
        Key=      ;

        HUDConvergencePreset
        Key=caps

        KeyTester
        Key =     /

You will have to setup it initially to your desired convergance setting as mine I like high at 1.5 Convergance.. to do this you need to enable Hunting and turn on Migoto so you see the greeen overlay top and bottom of Migoto..

Once you have this done go into game and set turn on Migoto by Numpad Zero and look at your screen an adjust the convergance tou your liking NOTE the Convergance Number.. now go into the FSS Miode and set your convergance so it looks corrected as the ingame setting and this need to be different.. so once you set the FSS Mode screen correct NOTE the number the convergance is set at and goto Desktop..

Once there open the D3DX.INI file in the folder the elitedangerous .exe is.. once there with Notepad++ Open the d3dx.ini file and goto line 107 in there set the number to the Convergance setting when you where in the FSS Screen, this is enabled ingame by the PEriod Key..

Now goto Line 107 and set the convergance to the number it was when ingame by default it is set to 1.5.. so set your to your liking.. dont forget to save the d3dx.ini by hotkey CTRL+S then start game up and check your view PEriod controls FDD/DSS screen setting and the Comma controls ingame convergance setting..

You will need to manually hit the keys when in the corresponding screen..

Convergance setting for DSS/FSS, Configurable to your desired Convergance..

        GRID 2

        3Dmigoto 3D Vision DX11 Fix

Last updated: June 12, 2020-- **New Installation Instructions below**

        What this mod does:
        - Unlocks convergence. Now you can adjust it to whatever you like.
        - Pushes HUD into the screen.
        - Adds 2 convergence presets on the 'Tab' key and 'Xbox left shoulder' button. The lower preset is for the bumper cam, bonnet cam & when inside the garage. The higher preset is for the chase cam.
        - Adds an auto-convergence feature for the garage menu area.

        Installation:
        1)  Run the game.
        2)  In the Main menu screen, navigate to: Options & Extras > Options > Graphics Options.
        3)  Set "Choose Preset" to "Ultra".
        4)  Exit the game.

        Mad Riders

        What this mod does:
        - Fixes shadows & most lights
        - Pushes HUD & UI further into the screen

        Remaining Issues:
        - Specular reflections look incorrect

        Installation:
        - Download this ZIP file and extract the contents into the game directory

        Additional Notes:
        - At the beginning of the race (during the race countdown), shadows may be at the wrong depth, initially. But once the race begins, the shadows will snap into place.

Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut (DX11)

          Update 09-05
          - More Lights fixed

          Update 09-03
          - Some Lights in Montreal
          - Update some skies. Sky in Montreal can't be separate texture, so i leave enabled

          Fix:
          - Unlocked convergence and depth
          - Soft Shadows / Normal shadows are working OK
          - Lights
          - Reflections
          - Lensflares
          - Smoke/Fog (aproximate)
          - Skybox (see notes)
          - HUD

          Presets:
          - "L" Key for recommended convergence (maybe is too high)
          - "K" key (hold) to interact with computers and Keyboards (for hacking)
          - "XBox LB Button" (hold) to interact with computers and Keyboards (for hacking)
          - "J" to cycle to different Crosshair/HUD depth

          Note:
          - I remove the skybox, not a big deal. The VS and PS have a very strange behavior when you insert fixing code.
          - Close MSI afterburner or similar. Will crash the game.
          - 3Dmigoto have some issues with win10. Use 368.39 driver version. Recent driver not work under win10. Thanks helifax for testing and found what causing those issues in win10.
          - The fix will probably works with normal version. If you test and works please let us know. Thanks!
          - Increase the FOV to 85 - 90....default is too low!

          I Am Weapon: Revival

Not a bad little twin-stick shooter. Surprisingly nice graphics, dynamic lighting, and really nice aesthetics that look like they are pulled right out of a Tim Burton movie. Good thing it looks so good, though, because there's quite a few gameplay design issues that I'm not a fan of, such as infinite respawning enemies (that, worst of all, can and will spawn behind you), unable to rebind controls, and also:

Unfortunately that meme is not an exaggeration. Anyway, I think the pro's slightly outweigh the cons and make it a worthwhile game to play for some mindless violence & decent visuals if you can pick it up on the cheap. Also, even though it's a twin stick shooter, I recommend playing with a keyboard and mouse for more accurate aiming. You'll most likely need it!

          Instructions

          1. Download fix: HERE
          2. Unzip file to game directory where IAmWeaponRevival.exe exists
          3. Add IAmWeaponRevival.exe to 3D-Hub Video Player using Nvidia Inspector
          4. Add launch option "-window-mode exclusive" without the quotes
          5. Recommend increasing convergence until cursor is aligned with character's head.

          Tools used for this fix:

          -3DMigoto DX11 wrapper
          -DarkStarSword's Unity 5.3 template
