Notes:
- NoMoreFlat uses Alternate Eye Rendering, so it is important to maintain a consistent framerate to avoid eye-flips, so adjust your in-game settings accordingly
- RTX 2080ti should be able to handle somewhere between medium-high preset at 1080p
- The game is really pretty and ray-tracing is fixed, so try it out if your GPU can handle it!
You will need:
- Either: VRto3D setup for your 3D display here
- Or: WibbleWobbleVR for your 3DVision display here
- aw2vr-openxr-v1.0.6.zip or newer from Patreon
After getting these, you can follow the instructions below, or on GitHub.
If the wrong game is showing below, refresh the page and you should see Alan Wake 2.

Awesome thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteI was excited until I read that it uses AER, why do these mods keep using this method instead of synchronized rendering? I whish they at least would offer the option.
ReplyDeleteSynchronized rendering is apparently really hard when you don't have access to the source code of the game. If you have interest in this game, give it a try. It's among the best performing AER I've experienced and Mutar did a fantastic job.
DeleteYeah after 8 hours of trying to get it good enough to synch i gave up.....im bummed.
